Started as a two-person cloud kitchen. Still run like one.

Medallion opened in Caranzalem in 2021 with no dining room and no road frontage — just a kitchen, a wok, and a bet that the food would do the talking. It did. Five years in, we've picked up multiple platform awards without ever having a signboard anyone could actually see from the street.

We're still tucked inside a residential society. We're still doing this the same way we started: fresh wok-fired Indo-Chinese, made to order, no shortcuts.
